5 Months-(a few days late!)

My precious little boy- we cannot believe you are 5 months old today! This month has definitely been the most fun month so far. You just keep keep getting more and more fun with each new day! You are smiling and laughing so much. We can usually guarantee a laugh if we give you kisses on your belly or if we let you look at yourself naked in our bathroom mirror. It is one of my new favorite things to do with you before bath time. Dad calls it "naked time." A few weeks ago we started practicing using the sippy cup. Since you never would take a bottle we are hoping that you will be an early sippy cup drinker. You are still taking about 4 naps a day and have started sleeping through the night. Usually you go down for the night around 7:45 and then wake up a little before 7. You then get in bed with us and eat and cuddle until around 7:30 when you are ready to get up and see what is going on in the world. We continue pray that the Lord would fill you with peace and joy and that you would be a great source of joy to those you come into contact with. We also are praying that God would already be ministering to you and that you would have a heart that is drawn to Him and desires to be in relationship with Him. You are such a precious little boy and we feel so blessed to be your parents and love getting to experience the world through your eyes. You are the best!
