A couple weeks ago, Stewart's mom, whom Pearson shall refer affectionately to as "Gammy" arrived for a visit. Gammy is a blend of the names of Stewart's grandmothers Grammy and Gammu. This visit was a little different from other visits as we definitely were more home bound instead of being on the go as we normally are, but was still very fun. Gammy spoiled me, doing the grocery shopping, doing dishes, and entertaining Pearson in the afternoon long enough for me to get a much needed nap. It seems Pearson already knows his Gammy is a special lady. He seems to instantly fall into a deep slumber every time he is held by her and always looks so happy and peaceful in his Gammy's arms.
On Friday Aunt Alli arrived and got to meet Pearson. Allison is due in May with Carter, who I'm sure will be a very fun playmate for Pearson to have. Allison was also sweet to take care of Pearson on Saturday morning while Stewart and I slept until 10:00! It was glorious! All in all we had a great time with Aunt Alli and Gammy and can't wait to see them again in April!
