In other baby-related news, our good friends Karen and BJ Rector welcomed their firstborn on Saturday night - Eleanor Michael. She will be going by E-Mike, or something similar I'm sure. So welcome to this crazy world E-Mike!
In other non-baby-but-equally-important news, my sister (Big Al) turned 26 today! So congrats Al, it's all downhill from here. Actually, it's been going downhill for a while. Sure, you may have convinced yourself that 25 was some sort of "milestone" (if being able to legally rent a car is a "milestone", we need better milestones), but who are we kidding at this point? 26 simply means you're 4 years away from your 30's. On the bright side, you at least get to celebrate that fact ... with gifts! (No, she has not gotten ours yet. And if anyone actually has any ideas for a 26 year-old birthday present, please feel free to leave them in the comments section below.)
Welp, that's all from Babyville. We've got another doctor's appointment on Wednesday, so I'm sure you'll hear from a fist-sized Wadesy in another couple days. Maybe he/she will actually LOOK like a baby now, and hopefully nothing like that gross severed hand above.
*Minus Friday and Sunday, when she threw up at least 10 times.
